(as if i haven’t been talking about this film enough) i saw moonrise kingdom on friday and it was wonderful. if you haven’t seen it i suggest you go.

i’ve sold ALOT of my old stuff to get some money to fuel my need to summery clothes (the weather has been fab and all i own is warm clothes, there’s something odd about wearing thick long sleeve t-shirts and jumpers with bare legs and shorts) but i start my job on thursday so woohoo!! workin lass

Girls in the Windows, 1960

Ormond Gigli dreamed up this photo when he realized a brownstone across from his New York apartment was being demolished. He quickly organized 43 models in formal attire to pose in the windows and ended up with an iconic photo that perfectly captures 1960′s architecture, fashion and colour.

after distress thinking that this isn’t playing in any cinemas near me, cinema city proved to be amazing and gave me HOPE. I’m considering it acceptable to dress up to go see it (like a scout or a bird duh)
